How we teach
The staff of the school come from all over the world and incorporate good practice from their home nations in their work. They work together to plan and share ideas to get the best for the students.
Staff use a wide variety of teaching techniques and styles to maximize learning. Staff work together and attend courses to keep up to date with new technologies and learning theories. ESG is proactive with the use of ICT in education. All classrooms have interactive whiteboards enabling lessons to be interactive and stimulating. Students throughout the school from Nursery to Year 9 use computers to support and enhance their learning. Computers are available in every classroom with all students in years 6 to 9 having the use of a personal laptop.
